List countries
GET/v1/catalog/countriescatalog:read
Returns every country we recognise. Use it to build a destination picker and
to turn the ISO codes in packages[].countries into names you can display.
This is reference data — it changes very rarely. Fetch it once and cache it.

country filter on List packages. iso3 is there for
systems that need it.
A country in this list is not a country you can sell. It is reference data,
not availability. To find out what you can actually sell somewhere, call
List packages with ?country=XX.
