Cancel a refund request

POST/v1/refund-requests/{id}/cancelesims:write

Withdraws a request that eSIMfo has not reviewed yet. Use it when the customer changed their mind or the request was opened by mistake. A request that was already approved or rejected cannot be cancelled.

Response 200

The request, with status now CANCELLED. No webhook is sent — you made the change yourself.

After cancelling you can open a new request for the same eSIM.

Errors

Status	Code	Cause
404	not_found	No such request, or it belongs to another account
409	conflict	The request was already approved or rejected
403	insufficient_scope	Key lacks esims:write
